More Time to Live

The routines.

Daily, weekly, monthly. Every routine, across every helper, that keeps everything moving.

Two to four routines, after the loop works.

Routines multiply whatever you already have, including the mess. Start with a morning brief and a week-ahead. A short daily check, a weekly review, a monthly look at the whole system. That’s it.

Tier 1 · Daily

The morning brief

What's waiting on me, what's red, today's first step. Plus a lighter midday check.

Tier 2 · Weekly

Saturday week-ahead

The Dashboard tiles, the level week, the rocks. So Sunday stays free.

Tier 3 · Monthly

The monthly look-back

What worked, what needs a decision, and one small change for next month.

One-shots

Trips and seasonal events get their own brief and a finish line — then they're retired, not kept running.

Routines updated Oct 26, 2026.

All times Eastern. Briefs land where they're useful: chat first, text when that's ready.

GuardrailSundays are for being present, away from screens. The plan waits.

From tasks to time

1Size it

Every task gets a time size (15, 30, 60 or 90+ minutes) and a type (deep work, quick admin, calls with people, errands). Ford tags it.

2Plan the week

Every Saturday, Ford hands the top tasks to Callie. Callie blocks them around fixed commitments (work, soccer, family, faith first), grouping deep work into about 90-minute blocks and batching admin once a day. I approve with one yes.

3Do and check in

The morning brief shows today's blocks. At night, a 30-second check-in covers what got done and what moved.

4Look back and adjust

A weekly look-back compares planned against actual time by area. What it shows shapes next week's plan and what gets pruned.

The check-ins and look-back run as real scheduled routines.
